Town : La Spezia - Porto Mirabello Porto Mirabello is a unique Italian marina developed around a man-made island, built in the La Spezia gulf without sacrificing any of the city’s beach-front space. An innovative project, using avant-garde solutions, this site offers maximum accessibility and all the comforts needed for mooring craft ranging from 14 to 65 meters in length. The main oversized docks (from 25 to 34 meters in width) allow boat owners and their guests to park their cars near the mooring point itself. Anchorage depth varies from 8 to 5 meters depending on the specific point. The entrance is on the eastern side, behind the wave wall that extends along the west-east axis of the site, protecting the southern quadrants from the wind, fetch limited by a flood barrier 2 miles away. Enchanting places such as Porto Venere, Lerici, Tellaro and the Cinque Terre are within a few miles' radius of Port Mirabello. The marina is also the ideal starting point for the finest destinations in the northern Tyrrhenian Sea: the Tuscan Archipelago, Corsica, Portofino and the Riviera. The Gulf of La Spezia and its surroundings are unrivalled in their natural and cultural attractions and scenery: from the uncontaminated waters of the Cinque Terre marine park to the emerald-green waters off the coastal bays and the islands of Tino and Palmaria, to the fine museums of La Spezia itself, and the charm of the old fishing villages perched on the sea. |

Town : Cannes - Mandelieu
Marina du Soleil (or « Sun Marina ») is the first marina project to be introduced in the Bay of Cannes for years. Located in Mandelieu, easily accessible from the motorway and from Mandelieu airport, it offers boat owners a unique opportunity to have a base on the Côte d’Azur, in one of the most sought after destinations on that coast, at highly competitive prices. Most people who cruise this popular region know the ports of Mandelieu La Napoule and La Rague. However, a little further inland, along the Siagne River are two smaller marinas, Marina Marco Polo and Cannes Marina which are residential complexes and holiday homes for a few privileged boat owners since the 1980s. The area is very green with gardens, luxurious residences and a golf course. The delivery of Marina du Soleil (to be confirmed along the Siagne, will at last allow more boat owners to find a home in this extremely popular cruising destination. With a 30 year concession starting from the delivery of the marina, this is also a unique investment opportunity for anyone who understands the yacht & berth industry and the need for more berths in the South of France. Inwards Marine is proud to offer these exceptional berths at very competitive 1st phase release prices to its Clients. Please contact us for more information on this exciting new project. |

Town : Cogolin - Bay of St Tropez
Marines de Cogolin lies at the heart of the Gulf of St Tropez, immediately South of the Giscle river estuary and Port Grimaud. It is not to be confused with Port Cogolin, adjacent to the marina but much smaller port, which is further up the Giscle and is home to a few boats up to 15 meters in length overall. Marines de Cogolin is much larger, with more than 1,500 berths, comparable in size to its neighbour, Port Grimaud, and offers a choice of holiday apartments overlooking the harbour. If you are looking to keep your boat or yacht on a berth in the Gulf of St Tropez, you will stand much better chances to find one there than in Port Grimaud, you need to own a property to keep a small boat (the larger berths being run by the public harbour, overwhelmed with demand). Securing a berth in the port of St Tropez itself will be even more challenging, which is why Marines de Cogolin remains a key spot to base a boat or yacht on the Riviera. It is also good place to stop and explore the area with up to 270 visitor berths. |

Town : Cap d'Ail
Port Cap d’Ail is often thought to be one of Monaco’s harbours. This is probably due to its proximity to the principality and the fact it is an extension of the reclaimed land and Monaco district of Fontvieille. Cap d’Ail harbour is in France, right on the Western border of Monaco, so much that the only way to drive into the marina is through the principality. |

Town : La Galère
When speaking of private marinas on the Côte d’Azur, you cannot get more private than Port La Galère, just South of the Pointe de l’Aiguille, at the Western extremity of the Bay of Cannes, on “Pointe de la Galère” (hence the name). The road entrance to the marina is far from conspicuous. There is a guard at the entrance. |

Town : Saint Tropez / St Tropez

Town : St Jean Cap Ferrat
Cap Ferrat is one of the most exclusive locations in the Côte d’Azur. Cap Ferrat is the geographical name for that famous cape shaped like someone’s hand, but the name of the town and its marina is Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. The reasons why this area of the Cote d’Azur is so demanded are the beauty of the site, the scenery which is not overly built up (unlike some parts of that coast) and the luxurious villas and residences in St Jean Cap Ferrat itself but also in nearby Villefranche sur Mer and Beaulieu sur Mer. |

Town : Antibes
Port Vauban is renowned throughout the sailing world as a place where super yachts gather. Europe’s largest harbour is home to more than 100 berths over the 23-metre in length, with some of these berths accommodating 165 m yachts. This is unique on this highly sought after coast of France. Antibes itself has long since joined the premier league of yachting destinations, with its superb restaurants, café’s and festivals. Port Vauban is surrounded by boating facilities of every kind. Berthing is alongside and stern-to and there is an on-site heliport, just by the “Billionaire’s quay” |
Town : Antibes The International Yacht Club d’Antibes (I.Y.C.A.), better known as “Billionaire’s Quay” is one of the most prestigious yacht docks in the world. It is the home of some of the finest and largest megayachts. This extension of Port Vauban was designed to welcome yachts from 60 m to 160 m. On a Côte d’Azur where in most marinas the maximum yacht size can be 40 m or 60 m, Antibes Billionaire’s Quay is an exception. Being a berth owner (i.e. being one of the few shareholders of IYCA and having the right to use a specific berth) is itself an exception and a luxury only a handful of the wealthiest yacht owners from around the world can afford. Just the privilege of being able to come, moor and cast off whenever you please along this well established superport, is priceless. Berth owners are aware of it and they do contribute considerably to this unique dock’s maintenance and modernisation as having an out of scale yacht on an out of scale berth, requires out of scale support and services. For instance, mooring the largest yachts in the world would simply not be possible if the IYCA had not its huge parking area all along the dock, which almost looks like a runway. How then would it be possible to bring sufficient fuel, lorries of food, provisions, spare parts or large enough bunkers to the back of these behemoths. There is also a helicopter pad just by the IYCA harbour office (just on the middle of the Jetty). Should you wish to acquire the right to use a berth on the Billionaire’s Quay, you should do so carefully as high the figures involved and the wealth surrounding this dock obviously attracts “ill intended” individuals. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information or for any professional advice on berth and mooring ownership in I.Y.C.A. |
